To create Home subpages, navigate to the Subpages tab, then the New subpage. See the screenshot below as an example. Note the page with slug embedly_video_home has a youtube video URL pasted into its content section.

You will find fields for: Name, Headline, Slug and Add Tags
Add Headline text i.e:
Leadership is about <b>vision</b>, <b>inspiration</b> and <b>responsibility</b>, not <b>power</b> Add the tag home_about_text to the page you want the About Us section to appear.
